Delivery Information

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For Post or via courier (depending on size) at a fixed rate of £4.75.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days after ordering although many are dispatched much quicker. If dispatch time is due to be longer it will be specified on the listing.

Please allow for the maximum dispatch time, especially around busy seasons such as Christmas.

return & exchange policy

We want you to be over the moon with your order so if you're not completely happy with any product(s) you receive, simply return it to us any time within 14 days of receipt. This offer excludes personalised items.

If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or your item is faulty, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns and replace the item immediately. Please contact us for a free returns label.
